LinkedIn, you win!

I’d rather spend my time doing what actually lights me up….

LinkedIn, you win. I’m done chasing the algorithm.

I’ve tried playing the game.

Carousels, videos, catchy hooks, strategic comments, proper word counts, calls to action.

All of it in the name of growth and increased visibility.

But every time I start thinking about “optimizing content,” my energy drops.

I'm squeezing myself into someone else's strategy just to earn attention.

I respect those who have built a big audience.

I've gotten great tips from: Kait Ledonne, Ruben Hassid, Richard van der Blom, Matt Barker, Jasmin Alic, Chris Donnelly, Justin Welsh, and Nick Broekema.

But playing this "game" doesn't work for me.

The truth is, I’d rather spend my time doing what actually lights me up….

Coaching clients through real change.

Reading something that challenges me to think deeper.

Helping leaders live and lead with more aliveness.

Spending time outside working out or enjoying nature.

Laughing with the people I care about.

So I’m done chasing impressions.

I’ll write about what matters to me…and what’s made a difference in the lives of the leaders I coach.

What I’d want to read, even if no one hits "like."

Whoever sees it, great.

If not, that’s okay too.

I’m here to have impact and to be authentic.

I'm here to lead, not to please the feed.
